Has been in the family since 1970 and has undergone many alterations and extensions to achieve the high standards found today. The hotel is set in 3 acres of wooded grounds and landscaped gardens. Once a 3 bedroom country style house now a 50 bedroom hotel able to cater for all occasions. The hotel has 3 bars, an a la carte restaurant and bistro plus excellent conference and banqueting facilities.

Best Wetern Kings Manor Hotel

Has 95 bedrooms and has undergone a similar transformation with the addition Fountain Spa Leisure Club, Options Bistro and Bar Zest and the recent addition of 30 Club Rooms. These rooms were recently built to the highest specifications and include attractive design and 21st Century comfort and facilities. All of our club rooms exceed the minimum size for 4-star bedrooms and all have digital flat screen tvs with Freeview channels and some satellite channels, there is also a playstation consol for game playing and playing DVDs and CDS.

Balgeddie House Hotel

We acquired this hotel in 2005 and it has seen major refurbishment throughout the hotel. All the bedrooms have undergone major refurbishment with the public areas refreshed. The hotel has planning application in for leisure facilities and additional bedrooms. This hotel still maitains its origianl char as a house but now with purpose buiilt function suite avble to cater for 250 persons.
